Bristol Paulin, Teenage Daughter of Sarah Paulin, VP for McCain is Pregnant

(Sarah Palin’s Nude Pictures dating back to 1986)
——————————————————————————-

Today it was announced that the teenage daughter of Sarah Paulin, Vice Presidential nominee for John McCain camp, is pregnant. She is currently in her trisemester and is keeping the baby. Her decision has been supported by the Republican’s and Sarah Paulin issued a statement saying that she is very pleased with her daughter’s decision and that she feels very happy to be a grandma.
What message is this going to send to the rest of the United States? That it is Okay to have underage sex and end up being pregnant? All along the compaign, McCain has numerously farted about Family Values, yet we see the hypocrisy now… where did Family values end up going now? What sort of a Vice President is she going to be, when her own daughter, teenage daughter is already in her third trisemester???
McCain camp is full of hypocrisy. And once again, it is a reassurance to the voters that McCain is not the right guy for the job.
Now you can buy a book on Biography of Sarah Palin on ebay:

Hypocrisy??? what is up with that? Have you even bothered to look up the age of consent in ALaska????
What is hypocritical about supporting your daughter in her decision to be pro-life and to marry the father????
What is hypocritical is trying to paint a picture of her as being a bad mother when Hollywood starlets turn up every day with “bumps” and never are their parents mentioned.. in fact they are applauded when they support their children’s decision an d when they create a PUBLIC relationship with the other parent.
When teenage girls are being taught every day by their “tv role models” and Hollywood it is okay… what does it matter if the VP candidate has a daughter that is living the life everyone else in America lives?

That is not good!

“The greatest treason is to do the right thing for the wrong reason.” Premarital sex = bad choice Keeping baby= good choice Marrying because of pregnancy = likely bad choice Best–let’s all support the daughter where she is at as best we can. She needs our support–which includes premarital sex= a bed choice

The Palin family dismisses basic sex education about avoiding disease and pregnancy prior to marriage. For most Americans, unprotected teenage sex is not a good family value. No amount of spinning can make this a good example from a potential VP candidate.
Enter John McCain. He doesn’t get this. WHAT? This issue is not about Sarah Palin’s personal values, it is about John McCain’s bad judgment
September 1st, 2008 at 2:51 pm
The teenage daughter is immoral and has no character and she learned her immorality from her parents. Forcing a pregnant teenage daughter to get married only exasperates the situation. Paulin has no right call herself a Christian nor does she has the character to run for Vice President. Of course John McCain is an adulterer who turned his back on his wife even after professing before God that he would stay married forever. It sounds like Jerry Springer is running the GOP these days.

The pregnancy of Bristol Palin is pathetic and indicates parents that were not paying attention. No way should Sarah Palin be vp if she cannot run her own family. I can not help but wonder if McCain ever got any young women pregnant and if they ever had abortions.
September 1st, 2008 at 7:49 pm
This is Sick. Keeping the unborn infant is probably the right choice but the very fact she got pregnant at 16 or 17 supports the notion that Mother Paulin has no ability parenting, let alone running a whole country. This is outrageous and I am glad America got to see a glimpse of the future ..While they can still vote and stop such stupidity.

Let’s all look at a harsh reality. After all this Alaskan governor could end up being the leader of the free world. While most agree a women can do the job as good as any man, it is utterly selfish(party aside) as an American to suggest that with all we are facing as a country, Iraq, North Korea, Iran, Afghanistan, to name a few, that anyone short of a political mental midget would suggest Sara Paulin for V.P. There are plenty of bright qualified women in the republican party that would be excellent choices for V.P. While we all have are own beliefs and yes, personal agendas, the fact is that it’s entirely reasonable to be concerned that John McCain may not be able to finish a full term given his health issues which can be compounded by his age. (Like it or not it’s a legitimate concern) In our great country health and age should not prevent anyone from running for office but when your back-up plan has been out of the country one time and you somehow vote for her to take that 3am call, the only word for that is selfish. That clearly says you willing put your party in front of your country. If Obama made this egregious error in judgment with his pick, there’s no doubt i would not vote for him either. The bottom line is this is simple. We never really know if any political figure or party will work out in the end but what we do know is what doesn’t and hasn’t worked in the last 8 years and that is clearly the Republican party.

Darryl great post and I agree with you 100% !!!

That her teenage daugher is pregnant is only a sign of Paulin not having time to pass her own moral values on her children. Her 16 year old daugher got pregnant = very bad sign of no parenting or sexual education. Keeping the baby = as a prochoice person I think it was their choice and probably a good one, because this family CAN take care of a newborn child. But, forcing her daughter to marry the baby’s father is NOT a good choice. Marriage should come from not only love, but also from deep respect, deep love and commitment for rest of our life. And noone can make a commintment like that when they are 16 or 17. Is getting married soon and then divorcing a better option, than staying single mom? I wonder why? Is Ms. Paulin trying to be a family example for this nation? If yes, this is not a good example!
September 2nd, 2008 at 8:23 am
It’s an insult to women’s intelligent to think and expect that we’re going to vote for a woman like Sarah Paulin. She’s the worst mother I’ve ever seen. Her new born baby has many special needs, particularly the presence of his mother. For her is more importante to be in a campaing than with her family. How she could be in control of her office when she is not in control of her own daugther.
September 2nd, 2008 at 1:00 pm
if someone’s family member, in general, has alcohol and becomes a bit tipsy, but the family loves the child/uncle/sister anyway, does that send a message to everyone they know that the family supports alcohol abuse? i think not. people make errors in judgment a lot, but that does not make one a hypocrite. if that were the case, then you are just as hypocrytical as i am for making the judgments that you are. are you perfect? i think not and because of that, you should not expect perfection from anyone else. mccain’s family values are being shown, as well as palin’s. they are accepting that a decision was made(may be less than desirable), but that is not going to split the family apart. i think they are both outstanding people and make an excellent team. ihope that you can learn a bit of values yourself and not be so critical of others’ mistakes when i am quite sure you have made a few yourself.
September 2nd, 2008 at 2:20 pm
Amy nice try but your alcohol analogy is horrifically flawed. No sane person would draw the conclusion you proposed. Of course no sane person would suggest that because a family supports a member who is a drug addict or alcoholic is in fact chemically dependent themselves as you seem to think most Americans are implying regarding the Sara Paulin and her daughters unfortunate situation. The concern is (to use your analogy) (i.e)if the family came out publicly against rehab for alcoholics and then attempts to legislate a narrow minded approach to the problem such as (abstinence is the only way to kick the habit)and your 17yr old shows up to, let’s say the republican convention stoned out of her mind that would be hypocrisy. Hey i understand your desperate statement but see my prior post(#9)maybe then you will see the forest for the trees. Sorry, Amy most Americans are much smarter than that. In the end i would be willing to bet you are too. Let’s put country before party and we will all be better off.

By the way hot off the presses, The Pentagon reports”Kim Jong Il the north Korean president has restarted his nuclear program”. Now that’s just what we need Huh, a soccer mom or dad for that matter as the potential leader of of country. Can you see the headlines, come on has everyone gone mad this is a scary thought. can you see Sara Paulin negotiating with Kim Jong Il, Putin, or any other seasoned world leader. My god as horrible as our current V.P. has been he is at least able to go to the Georgian region today and hold his own on the world stage. America please, i have small children.
September 2nd, 2008 at 3:09 pm
Darryl: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA… THAT WAS HILARIOUS…. I TRIED TO IMAGINE SARAH PALIN WITH KIM JONG OF KOREA NEGOTIATING..LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
September 2nd, 2008 at 7:54 pm
I think that it can be said that no matter how we are raised by our parents and whatever the values and morals they hope to instill in us, it is still our decision as a person with the independent ability to think for ourselves. How many times did you always follow the values and morals you were raised with? Life is full of choices, her daughter made hers and now has to live with the result. Everyone is always so quick to blame someone else for something. Her mother didn’t consent to her daughter having sex, probably didn’t even know about it. Her daughter made her own choice…
September 3rd, 2008 at 9:11 am
Paul: Very well said and also true. But Paul, you’re completely missing the point. When a political figure takes the moral high ground as Sara Paulin did with sex education insisting abstinence is the only way to prevent teen pregnancy to the extent that teaching sex education in school is wrong, there is at least an expectation that if she expects the American public to adopt her position on teen pregnancy, she would in practice and demonstrate it’s effectiveness herself. Paul her obvious failure to do so is what put her daughter in the spotlight in the first place. Sara’s pregnant 17yr old’s teen pregnancy is a direct reflection on her failed policy which she is sure to legislate for all of us. Sara paulin choice for young American daughters did’nt work for her own. We live in a world of put up or shut up and the truth is concerning teen pregnancy Sara Paulin should just shut up.
September 3rd, 2008 at 12:02 pm
I don’t really get into politics…mostly because people say horrible things during political arguments, and this website is no different. I am a medical student entering my 4th year, so I have counseled many adolescents on pregnancy. No matter how hard I try, or how hard the parents try, the reality is that teenagers have minds of their own. I am 25, and I remember the pressures and difficulties of my teenage years. Of my friends that became pregnant before 18, it was always the ones with overbearing parents…the ones who tried the hardest. I graduated 2nd out of 415 people, and EVERY SINGLE one of my best girl friends (who were also in the top 10%) had sex before we graduated. That was 7 years ago, now the AVERAGE age for a teenager to have sex for the first time is 16. They can obtain contraception and be treated for STDs without parental knowledge or consent. So, please, don’t judge a mother who tried to do the right thing and failed. It happens. Judge her for other reasons. Everyone has flaws, so do your thing - tear her apart, just leave the daughter and the parenting out of it. I will say that I’m a registered democrat who is going to vote for this “failure” of a mother - only because you guys should have just “shut up”.
September 4th, 2008 at 1:54 pm
Lindsey: What an interesting perspective on the surface, but let’s have a look at the underlying theme here. 1st, you have submitted your glowing resume, 4th year med student, top 10% of your class in fact graduated 2nd out of 415 people and even first hand experience with underage sex situations. I must say I’m impressed with your accomplishment’s pertaining to knowledge of the subject matter however; there’s this little thing called wisdom, you know the proper application of knowledge, you stated “No matter how hard I try, or how hard the parents try, the reality is that teenagers have minds of their own.I am 25, and I remember the pressures and difficulties of my teenage years. Of my friends that became pregnant before 18″ American parent’s struggle with these unfortunate everyday. As for knowledge of teen pregnancy A+ however, as smart as you say you are, how in the world could you expect mothers and fathers that trying to combat all the challenges you pointed out, to accept the Sara Paulin position of abstinence as their only weapon. This issue has never been about Sara Paulin as a mother or her daughter. It’s about American mom’s and dad’s fighting for their teenage son’s and daughters. Sara Paulin has suggested we go to a gun fight with a stick. While Governor Paulin may strongly believe in abstinence as the only way to cure this epidemic, wisdom tells us that each family situation is different socially, economically and religiously. Most will reject the cookie cutter approach. There will always be heated political arguments, especially when a politician try’s to legislate polices that they themselves have not been successful with regardless of the excuse. i mean let me break this down into baby food for you at the end of the day politicians must sell their ideas to the American public and like or not this ones a lemon. You seem to be as confused as Sara Paulin is regarding this subject even to the extent of doing your very best Joe Lieberman impression. Case and point, all the knowledge on the planet is rendered useless without the wisdom to apply it. Oh yea i almost forgot, as for wisdom your grade is an F.
September 4th, 2008 at 3:48 pm
lol….thank you for the failing grade. First of my life! I suppose that I earned it if you saw fit to deliver such a score. I just think it’s wrong to scold a mother for trying. I’ve seen quite a few that don’t try anything at all. No one has the answer on how to prevent teenage pregnancy. I give her credit for trying, despite the failure. My boyfriend and I were the only couple I know of who did not have sex in high school. Why? I signed a “true love waits” card. No sex until marriage. Every time I thought about having sex, I thought about my damned signature on that card. It haunted me, but I had signed it. Did I wait until marriage? No. So, you would give me an F again I am sure. But I did wait until I had been dating someone for FIVE YEARS and I was older than 20. So, the “true love waits” card was a success in my book. Palin’s abstinence idea worked for me, so I can’t call her a bad mother, and I can’t say her ideas are horrible. Will it work for everyone? Hell no! But from what I’ve seen, handing the kid a condom and saying you shouldn’t have sex, but if you do make sure you have safe sex doesn’t work either. It’s not just about teenage pregnancy. Condoms don’t work that well against the genital ulcer diseases and HPV because the infection is usually in an area the condom doesn’t cover. HPV and HSV are devastating and with the infected for life. So, I AM confused. You are correct. I don’t know what to do about the issue. If we aren’t going to tell them to not have sex at all, then we have to start VERY early telling them what to look for on their partner to make sure that they won’t end up with a cancer causing virus. We have to start giving the HPV vaccine to teenage females very early to prevent cervical cancer. I am NEVER having kids, because I have seen way too many 15 and 16 year-olds come in with horrible STDs that they let go too far because they didn’t know what it was. We treat them, send them home with medicine, and their parents never know….what a sad world we live in. I know I lack wisdom - I just turned 25! But I don’t think her ideas are any worse than any of the alternatives on teenage sex.
September 4th, 2008 at 6:08 pm
Lindsey: Your response is lengthy but certainly worth the read so i will respond to a few of your points. 1. I am happy to hear that your no sex till marriage commitment worked out so well for you however; once again we are here because it does not work for everyone 2. I also admire Sara Paulin for trying but as you are a med student I’m certain you are aware that a drug is not released to the public least of all legislated as mandatory until it passes the scrutiny of the F.D.A. 3. You said ” I don’t know what to do about the issue” well neither do most Americans and this includes Sara Paulin. It’s her insistence that her ideology is the holy grail that has most of us up in arms and not the her gender, race, or any other demographic. If we hope as a Nation to be successful in combating this matter or any social ill for that matter, we should not support politicians who legislate with narrow minded ideologies. The American people are the most diverse society in modern history. Any legislation offered to Americans that does not address that diversity should be rejected. Being a women, having a pregnant teen, or raising a special needs child is not a license to take away a PARENT’S RIGHT TO CHOOSE.
September 4th, 2008 at 7:45 pm
I am a Christian and was raised in a strong Christian home with two amazing parents. They taught me right from wrong and spent time making sure I understood choices and consequences. When I was 17 years old I became pregnant and chose to have an abortion. I knew the choice I was making was wrong and although I was a Christian I chose to be selfish. It makes my skin crawl to read some of the statements wrote by those of you who have NO idea what it would be like to be in those shoes. My parents are wonderful people who did everything in their power to make sure I grew into a woman of character and faith. I am that woman today because of my parents and the grace of God. Do not judge our VP based on a choice her daughter made. I am thankful her daugher is having the child and she has support from her family. I believe that shows character and deserves respect. Those of you writing in bashing the VP and her daughter have your own faults that did not make public eye. If your wrong choices ever got out into the public eye, you would want to be treated in a different way than you are treating her!!!
September 5th, 2008 at 6:23 am
im seventeen and a senior in high school. im a christian and am still a virgin (which i am proud of), however, i find it hysterical that you believe “family values” will prevent girls from messing around sexually in high school. i have known numerous girls who have great families, are always on the honor roll, and are truly good girls. These same girls have lost their virginity at such a young age. The only difference? These girls chose to have their babies sucked through a disposal , a.k.a, abortion. This young girl made the right choice, we should be applauding her rather than judging.
September 5th, 2008 at 11:33 am
Darryl,
Thank you for your postings!! I can’t agree more.
September 5th, 2008 at 1:14 pm
Thank God that we do not have a popular election for president of this great country. Alexander Hamilton was correct that the common man(and now woman…thanks to a change in society;s views) does not have the ability to search out true information as to a canidates character or to truely understand politics so as to make an informed decision. I don’t claim to know it all or understand it all, but I do know that two people who have experience running business and running government no matter how small or large) and government agences(no matter how small or large) are much better picks that two men who have never run a single thing in their lives let alone done much else besides sit behind desks and talk about things. People of action understand the McCain/Paulin ticket and I greatly thank the founders of this country for not making a popular election so that the true and proper canidates can take their proper place and lead this great country.
September 5th, 2008 at 1:16 pm
And another point…People who sit around and cry for more handouts will not get them from this Republican Ticket. Opportunity=Growth…Handouts=More Handouts=More Handouts=More Handouts=More Handouts….and so on. Opportunity is good, handouts by Obama of my hard earned money is bad! Let the scientists….who know way the hell more than anyone on this blog…decide where to drill. Read the Pickens Plan! Drill Drill Drill now and work hard on alternative fuels for the near future.
September 5th, 2008 at 5:38 pm
Hey Burrly: I could could be here for hours on this one but i,ll make this one quick and painless. The republican’s have dropped their H-Bomb with Sara Palin and their convention and if the election were held today Democrats 248 electoral votes Republican’s 135. (see Link) http://www.usatoday.com/news/politics/election2008/electoral-vote-tracker.htm. Ya see numbers don’t lie people do. So if find your self speeding down your local highway seething in anger, not to worry. It’s Greed that kills not speed.
September 5th, 2008 at 9:32 pm
The Whole Truth: John McCain choose Sara Paulin as his V.P.to serve his political interest and clearly not the American public’s. The evidence is overwhelming and anyone who refuses FACT’S are exercising willful blindness. Senator McCain admittedly, meet Sara Paulin ONE TIME and there was no vetting process to establish her credentials or worthiness for this position until a day prior to the announcement. That’s a fact and nothing short of a mockery of the democratic process. Let me let you all in on a little secret, John McCain and any who has been paying attention knows that he needed to secure the evangelicals and some of Hillary Clinton’s 18 million women votes to have even compete in this election. Enter Sara Paulin and problem solved. People in the McCain inner circle have come out and said that McCain’s choices right up till a day before he chose Governor Paulin was Joe Lieberman but the Republican base promised a huge fight during the convention. Now let’s see here, Pandering to any Special Interest Group Religious, big oil, environmentalist or any group is exactly what has our economy in the toilet today. What’s sad is that the Republican’s have changed the subject to sexism, parenting, and every cock and bull subject regarding this V.P. choice to take our eyes of the ball (John McCain). What we should be concerned with is, if John McCain will pander to special interest to advance his own political position then, ladies and gentlemen, THAT’ NOT CHANGE THAT’S GEORGE BUSH.
September 5th, 2008 at 10:31 pm
Darryl I have been reading your entries and now finally I decided to write a reply and I must say that your entries are very interesting and touches the republican nerves. I am a political science major and I agree with your comments 100%. Thank you.

DEMOCRATS VS.REPUBLICANS: (ON TAXES) this could not be more simple. Democrats believe that our economy grows from the bottom up. give the tax break’s and assistance to the middle class so they have more money to spend and big business benefit. Conversely, Republicans believe that our economy grows from the top down. Give the tax break’s to the wealthiest 10% and somehow that will create more jobs and cheaper goods for the middle class. Most of us know that the republican ideology has been tested for the last 8 year’s and the result of their reign, we have the largest foreclosure rate since the depression, there has been 11 U.S banks closed by the feds( the largest since the depression), our jobless rate is the highest in the last five years, The SEC (securities exchange commission)has never been so under regulated (Enron need i say more?) and gas prices are highway robbery.I work in the credit industry, and i see hard working Americans every day that are being forced into bankruptcy in alarming numbers. Are you serious? When i hear people talking about voting Republican with the way their resume reads, i am in shock and then when i finally stop hyperventilating, i pinch myself hoping it was all a dream. If you think your so financially insulated that these republican driven economic hardships will not come to your home too, go ahead i dare you vote republican and eventually i will see at your local churches food line.
September 7th, 2008 at 6:11 am
Oh yea: Let us all have a moment of silence for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The largest mortgage holder in this Nations History. They own 50% of the mortgages in the country. The FDIC will close them down and take over by tomorrow morning. If they can become a casualty of this Republican lead economic fiasco, the average Joe doesn’t stand a chance and another thing this go’s out to all Republican’s. Have you had your house appraised lately, it’s a very good chance you owe more than it’s worth today.
September 7th, 2008 at 8:39 am
Oh for God’s sake! What in the world is everyone so up in arms about? Every president since George Washington has had a mistress or a concubine and apparently as long as it was a man doing the “immoral” deed, it wasn’t important! Leave the girl alone. This election is about much more than whether someone is pregnant. How about we all start worrying more about the future of this country’s economy and how we are going to straighten out the mess that’s been created than worrying about someone’s sex life, especially a 17 year old girl.
Geez…how petty, anal and nosey can people be?
September 7th, 2008 at 9:01 am
FINALLY: Susan it seems someone is getting it. you’re right it’s the economy. It’s the economy stupid, It’s the economy stupid, It’s the economy stupid, It’s the economy stupid, It’s the economy stupid,. sorry for repeating myself but i just had to sell my cd player to pay the mortgage and i forgot to clean the needle on the old record player i had to replace it with. lol

Hot off the Presses: Government assumes control over mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac:(see the link below)
http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/080907/mortgage_giants_crisis.html
Do ya still want 8 MORE YEARS? Do you still think Republican is the way to go? While most of us have figured this one out i am sure their will be a few that have to be forced into foreclosure, get laid off or have their retirement squandered by the same SEC watchdogs or better yet watch puppy’s that run the Stock Market under Republican rule. The Republicans are trying to convince Americans to allow them to invest our Social Security in the Stock market. They call it FREE MARKET ENTERPRISE. John McCain just like Bush both say ” Americans are smart people and they can invest their social security better than the government can”. Now that sounds great on the surface until they allow the next Tyco , Enron or World com to use the woefully under regulated Free market enterprise (Wink Wink) to rob the American public out of their SS money. Come on now let’s not pretend we don’t know there are lobbyist working for special interest groups and corporations plastered all over Washington like a bad rash paying off politicians under the guise of campaign contributions. If they can make it fly, Wall street and Politicians get’s Richer and as for all those really smart republican’s you get to retire penniless. Wall street takes all the risk and politicians get to blame wall street just like they did with the Mortgage mess. They said it was your fault, you should have known better. Well the fact is the Republicans allowed mortgage companies and banks, to run through the American public unchecked. Yea the law’s (Sarbanes Oxley Act.)were in place to prevent deceptive practices but no one was minding the store.

It is absolutely ludicrous to judge a person for their children’s mistakes. I of all people will attest that we as parents should do our very best to instill values into our children, but at some point they make choices for themselves. If they make a bad decision of sex before marriage then we as parents need to make sure they know that is a bad decision yet still support them. When they make a good decision in keeping the baby, we should praise them. Kids are going to make bad decisions and that doesn’t mean the parents are at fault or are bad parents it just means that the kid made a bad decision.
September 20th, 2008 at 6:47 am
All hypocriths should keep their mouths shut. Eli and Samuel in the bible great priest and prophets in the bible have problem with their children too. Of all places America should not complain of premarital sex or teenage pregnancy. what is the guarrantee that Obama’s two daughters will be virgins at 16, that is if they are now. everybody should face the real issue and stop attacking her family life, which is worse with ereybody else.
her daughter is just made an object of debate because you can not hold real issues against her.
obama’s wife should be ashamed of her self for making comments that shows she is jealous of Sara paulin’s beauty, for God’s sake what type of first lady will she make, petty one.
September 22nd, 2008 at 10:22 pm
It astounds me that we as Americans cannot keep up with grammar, let alone politics. Many of you here are clearly intelligent people as evident through your posts, while others are lacking and try to jump up a little too high on the intellectual ladder for their own good.
In regards to Paulin and her unfortunate family situation, I think most of us can move past it and agree that we should not judge her for her daughter’s actions and NOT because there are no other LEGITAMITE reasons to peg against her; oh no, ladies and gents, there are plenty one could dig into, and as much as I relish good old debates about a politician’s ideologies, I would just like to kindly ask you to stick to the facts and to stay on topic, on what is currently happening. Let us please move past Paulin’s daughter and disuss things of real importance and of more substance. C’mon guys, I KNOW we can delve deeper than that.
September 22nd, 2008 at 10:51 pm
Ah, and before it escapes me, I would also like to leave you with this tidbit: I, as a woman, am insulted by the sexism surrounding the political campaign. It humors me that McCain would think that the former supporters of Senator Clinton would just flock on over to the Republican ticket simply because Paulin is also a woman. The statistics show that women are surpassing men more and more every year, and here this old fart thinks women will switch their votes, especially when one can easily deduce that the two women are polar opposites. If you are a woman who is considering voting for McCain/Paulin, on the sole basis that she is a woman, I BESEECH you to reevaluate your decision and base it on more substantial reasons.
Darryl, praise has not been sung enough in your favor! Thank you for your intellect.
OH! And did anyone else catch that SNL parody of Paulin/Clinton? Hilariously spot-ON!

LETS ALL PUT THIS COLOR THIN TO REST
Race is only an issue for those who put hatred before the best interest of their lives an the lives of their families. While we have far to go racially , we have come a long way as a country. Most of us in this Country are much smarter than the Republican Party think we are. They are finding this to be true the hard way. I mean look, many prominent Republicans are calling for Palin to step down NOW. Of course they have figured out American Public will not let them sneak this WOEFULLY UNDER QUALIFIED person into the White House to solidify the Republican base, Get Hillary votes, or to fry moose burgers for that matter. Can you blame them for trying. Let’s face it. The American Public put the Republicans in power with a man called Bush that can’t put a sentence together. If i were them and got away with that, well, Why not try to pass off Sara Palin. It worked before. The fact is People are now focused on the issues affecting their lives everyday. Here’s the list. Keep in mind effective leadership and sound ideology is needed address them. Color doesn’t mean spit. (Domestic Policy) Citizenship for illegal immigrants or not…. Outsourcing or not……… Affirmative Action or not….. Minimum Wage… or not. Border Fence or not…… (Economic Policy) Marriage Tax……… Bush Tax Cuts…… Bank Regulation……. Corporate Governance…………Antitrust Regulation………. Business Regulation (Education) Wellness standards in schools….. Financial Aid for Students…… Public Preschool……. School Vouchers…….. No Child Left Behind Act….. There’s much more Environment, Health & Welfare, and International Policy. We have many issues as a Nation to focus on when choosing our next President. DO YOU REALLY THINK YOU HAVE THE TIME TO EVALUATE SKIN TONE. PLEASE
